Sweetheart Package
Basic Wedding Day Coordination

• Follow-up meeting to determine itinerary (2 weeks before wedding date).
• Help with set up and decorations.
• Attend and direct the rehearsal, working with clergy, musicians, bride & groom, etc.
• Execute the wedding day itinerary, working with all vendors, family and guests.
• Supply all last minute emergency needs with consultant emergency kit.
• Supervise loading of gifts and personal items into designated vehicle.
• Provide oversight and coordination for the reception.

Golden Carriage Package
Partial Plan and Coordination
$3000.00

Includes all items listed in Sweetheart package plus:

• Send checklists to bride and groom.
• Evaluate vendor contracts.
• Create wedding flow chart and coordinator’s info packets.
• Place follow-up calls to all vendors one week prior.
• Create itinerary and maps for the wedding party and out of town guests.

Glass Slipper Package
Full Service Planning
$4000.00

Includes all items listed in Golden Carriage package plus:

• Create a detailed budget determining the break down for each item.
• Assist with coordination of rehearsal dinner.
• Assist in selection of all vendors such as: church, reception hall, photographer, music, décor, flowers, cake, video, transportation, attire, hair and make-up, etc.
• Work with church official to insure that wedding ceremony matches church policies and procedures
• Set up appointments for and attend all vendor meetings.
• Assist in developing a vision for the ceremony and reception.
• Tuxedo delivery to site (if rented through Shana Nicole Bridal & Image).
• Hair and make-up touch ups throughout the wedding day.
• Create organized flow for photographer.

All packages include wedding insurance at minimum level with the option to purchase higher coverage.
